If there is an issue with your order, contact support so we can review the request and provide the next step.
Return requests
- Contact stripe@piginto.com with your order number and photos if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Return eligibility depends on item condition, product type, and the time since delivery.
- Items should be unused and returned with original packaging when a return is approved.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
- Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an order or fulfillment error.
- Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary after a refund is issued.
